At KM, we’re always working toward the goal of making things easier and better for our clients. Recently, our team of hard working techs rolled out an amazing update to our Enterprise Communication Network. We’re always looking for suggestions on what our clients need and want to see added to our products–it’s what drives us. We thought we’d take a few minutes to point them out so that our clients know exactly what is new, where it’s located and how it can help them.
New report for Email Client Usage/Browser Statistics
As you can see in the image below, ECN is moving in the direction of offering visual reporting features. This new feature allows you to identify the various web browsers and email clients your subscribers and recipients are using to open your emails. With the benefit of knowing which platform is utilized by the majority of your prospects and clients, you are able tailor your email messages to fit their specific display capabilities.
In short, by looking at a simple graph, you’ll see how many recipients opened your message with an iPad, iPhone, Android, tablet, etc. To locate this new report, go to the “BLASTS/REPORTS” portion of ECN. Once there, scroll down to view your sent emails. Under the “reports” column, click on the bar graph icon, which will open your blast report. Click on the number of opens in your detailed reporting. Lastly, click on the third tab labeled “Browser Stats.”
