The Mall of America (MOA) works feverishly to maintain its leadership status not only as a retail hub, but as one of the nation’s top tourist destinations. So when Knowledge Marketing approached MOA’s Tourism department with new ideas on how to better use the Internet, Account Executive Robert Imrie was all ears.

Solution

Knowledge Marketing showed Imrie how MOA could improve several of its web and email communications including production, distribution and tracking of email newsletters, online processing of requests for tourism brochures and online collection and processing of data for its coupon book. In a nutshell, Knowledge Marketing’s Internet experts promised to give MOA greater flexibility, greater control, an easier way for retailers to register for coupon offerings, a better way to capture vital customer data, all more easily and less expensively.

Results

MOA has achieved greater functionality at a lower cost for its target Internet marketing functions just as Knowledge Marketing promised.
