The Mall of America (MOA) works feverishly to maintain its leadership status not only as a retail hub, but as one of the nation’s top tourist destinations. So when Knowledge Marketing approached MOA’s Tourism department with new ideas on how to better use the Internet, Account Executive Robert Imrie was all ears.
Solution
Knowledge Marketing showed Imrie how MOA could improve several of its web and email communications including production, distribution and tracking of email newsletters, online processing of requests for tourism brochures and online collection and processing of data for its coupon book. Results
