Challenge
Zeekee Interactive (www.zeekeeinteractive.com), an internet consulting firm, which has clients ranging from small to Fortune 500, was seeking a marketing platform to provide to their own clients. Their main challenges included not having a system that could provide a steamlined marketing message, non-user friendly email templates that did not match their clients branding, and an easy system that would be easily adaptable to any type of client or business. They needed a partner they could trust and at the same time help grow their own clients’ businesses.
Solution
Zeekee Interactive had experimented with a few email providers in the past, so they were unsure of what to expect. Results
Zeekee Interactive saw that KM’s marketing platform went right to work for their clients. Zeekee’s typically sees a positive ROI for their clients in less than a week, sometimes even as quick as one or two days. One client, LuLu’s at Homeport Restaurant was looking to increase revenue and traffic from their newly created cookbook. Zeekee created and sent out an email on their behalf and in their words, “The results were nothing less than astonishing!” The email had a 39% email open rate in which 72% of them clicked on the link within the email. “We’re proud to say that this “jumpstart” initiated a great season of sales for Lucy’s new cookbook!” said Gibson.
Off the success of the first campaign, LuLu’d had Zeekee send out subsequent email campaigns to further generate T-shirts sales and interest in upcoming events. Within a day of sending the email, Lulu’s had a 52% click rate and set a record for T-shirt and accessory sales. “We have settled on the fact that the ability for us to match branding, its ease of use, as well as the outstanding reporting available has helped us set a new path for LuLu’s at Homeport with their online sales, and large event participation.”
