Knowledge Marketing has an immediate opening for a Digital Specialist. Knowledge Marketing is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to join our Digital Services team to provide implementation consultation and training, engaging learners with varying skill levels. This person will also provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting and analyzing issues and solutions. This position requires an outgoing, confident individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills and advanced computer skills. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter, who has a passion for excellence and values integrity.
• Develop an extensive working knowledge of the Knowledge Marketing product suite.
• Proactively present innovative solutions to anticipate client needs.
• Act as an email marketing subject matter expert by giving recommendations on design, usability and functionality for email campaigns, and following best practices.
• Coordinate new customer implementations to meet project deadlines, providing effective training to maximize use of the software.
• Assist with email promotions – creating, deploying, and assisting with segmentation and list management.
• Create and manage online subscription and renewal forms.
• Provide end-user application support via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot issues reported by customers and consult with IT Team to resolve technical problems when needed.
• An interest in new technology and exploring creative ways of meeting business needs through technological solutions.
