Assistant Online Marketing Manager

We are seeking an Internet Marketing Specialist with excellent written and oral communication skills and will be responsible for marketing communications, public relations, and social media positioning for the company. Applicants must be fluent with email/online marketing, the web and websites, and posess the following skills:
Responsibilities:
· Support brand awareness and thought leadership through activities such as: whitepapers, webinars, blogs, press releases, industry articles and other premium content. (working with subject matter experts)
· Develop and deploy: website updates, social media content, customer case studies and monthly marketing newsletter.
· In partnership with internal departments, support the acquisition, nurturing, and conversion of clients through activities such as: Create and execute integrated lead and demand generation programs including email, direct mail, print and online ads, website content, tradeshow/ events, etc. to support moving opportunities rapidly through the sales cycle to meet revenue goals
· Create and execute guerilla- marketing programs to get specific targeted prospects to respond in support of sales efforts
· Maintain knowledge base via Market Research, Trends, best practices and competitive analysis
· Other marketing tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
· College degree in marketing or similar.
· Minimum of 3 years experience in business to business marketing required. Email or online marketing preferred.
· Proven track record of planning and executing successful lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns via direct marketing vehicles including: direct mail, email, presentation, whitepapers, case studies, advertising and webinars.
· Candidate must be a self starter who always looks to push a project forward without immediate supervision
· Must have strong writing skills and have mastered multi-tasking
· Must be proficient in Microsoft office products, HTML, Photoshop and design skills a plus.
