Plymouth, MN – Knowledge Marketing, an on-demand marketing software and services company announced that it has added additional reporting functionality to its Enterprise Communication Network© (ECN) marketing platform. These new reporting features further expand their capabilities to offer more one to one analytics for their customers’ email campaigns and give marketers better visibility into their campaign performance and audience engagement.

The new reports also make it easier to develop advanced targeting and segmentation strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness and improve lifecycle marketing. These reports include:

Send on Behalf
Send emails on behalf of your sales reps, franchisees, territory managers and support groups. Auto generates reporting with campaign results by reps, managers, etc.

Consolidate Campaign Results by Date Range
Choose your selected date range and consolidate your campaign results (both aggregate and unique) on a single report.

Multi Group Campaign Results
View a single report based on one campaign to multiple groups. This includes both individual group report and consolidated groups report.

Audience Engagement Report
Identify subscribers that are best clickers, active readers, became inactive, new in-actives and more.
